When will you receive your illustrations?

You’ll receive the first sketch concept within 4-5 days via email. Once the sketch is defined and approved, we’ll move on to adding the details and finalizing the illustration. The time required for this stage will depend on the complexity of the project or idea.

A dedicated member of the Glyff team will stay in touch throughout the process, gathering your feedback and keeping you updated. We’ll work closely with you to refine the illustration until it perfectly reflects your vision and exceeds your expectations!

What will you receive?

✔️ Files delivered in high-resolution formats (3000px x 3000px) (JPG, PNG, PDF) 

✔️ EPS vector files for future scalability and professional use (if applicable) 

✔️ A PDF file 

✔️ Full ownership—your logo belongs to you 100%. (We may use it in our portfolio or marketing materials.)

How will your files be delivered?

You’ll receive an email with a link to a Dropbox folder containing all your files, carefully organized for easy access and ready for printing or digital use.

We want to clarify that all of our services are digital. This means you’ll receive professionally designed files ready for use, but no physical products will be delivered. Once you have your final digital files, it will be your responsibility to connect with a printing service to bring them to life.
